Our Dynamic classes develop power, mobility, and conditioning with kettlebells and functional movement.
Together, they deliver a complete, full-spectrum workout all in just 2 days a week.
Dynamic Classes
Goal: Real-world, fluid strength and conditioningTools: Kettlebells, landmines, bodyweight. Focus: Rotational power, conditioning, coordination, and resilience under movement
