  • Durable Strength

    Most other gyms focus on either static "classic strength" or dynamic strength "unconventional strength", often overlooking the benefits of the other exercises. We find value in both dynamic and static strength, so we offer classes for both!

  • 2 days of effective training

    You don’t need to train every day. You just need to train right.

    At Durable Human Gym, we do semi-private/small group. Our 2-days a week system gives you the full spectrum of strength Static (barbell) + Dynamic (kettlebell) for results that match or beat a typical 4-day split.

  • 12 week course

    Why 12 weeks? It has been a long tested method in high intensity sports that 12 weeks gives you enough time to reach your peak. After the period is complete we set a week to recover and integrate.

  • Goals


    Every 12 weeks, we shift focus to a new goal strength, endurance, speed, or hypertrophy. This keeps training fresh, challenges your body in new ways, and drives long-term results without burnout. Each cycle is coach led and built to make you stronger, more capable, and more durable.

The 2-Day Strength System

Our Static classes build raw strength and stability using barbells and controlled lifts.

Our Dynamic classes develop power, mobility, and conditioning with kettlebells and functional movement.

Together, they deliver a complete, full-spectrum workout all in just 2 days a week.

Dynamic Classes

Goal: Real-world, fluid strength and conditioningTools: Kettlebells, landmines, bodyweight. Focus: Rotational power, conditioning, coordination, and resilience under movement
